Overview

Notting Hill Carnival is one of Europe's largest street festivals, welcoming over 2 million visitors across the August Bank Holiday weekend. Since 2022, Wlriskmanagement has proudly supported Mckenzie Arnold in delivering large-scale security operations for this landmark cultural event.

Our Role

Each year, we deployed 100+ trained security officers, stewards, and team leaders to support crowd safety and event operations, covering:

• Patrolled and managed the highest-pressure point of the Carnival

• Safeguarding vulnerable people, including lost children

• Crowd management at parade routes and high-density areas

• Static guarding of key zones and restricted areas

Our teams were fully intergrated into McKenzie Arnold's operational plan, ensuring seamless coordination with the event organisers, local authroties, and police.

From 2022 through to 2025, we have consistently delivered reliable and professional staffing at one of the UK's most high-profile public events. Our contribution helped to maintain public safety and smooth operations during an event kknown for its complexity and scale.
