We are currently hiring an experienced and professional Head Doorman for a busy bar/nightclub in Bath, England. This is a weekend-only role, with shifts on Friday and Saturday evenings/nights, offering £17 per hour. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience working as a Head Doorman in a nightlife venue, along with a valid SIA Door Supervisor Licence. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential, as well as the ability to assess situations quickly, manage a team of door supervisors, and deal with vulnerable adults in a respectful and professional manner. Responsibilities include overseeing front-door operations, ID checks, managing entry, handling incidents, and liaising with venue management and emergency services. This role requires a calm, confident presence and the ability to remain composed under pressure.
